The Growth Fund

Though acting independently, the Danish Growth Fund is the official investment fund of the Danish state. Investment is given to small and medium sized enterprises that show potential for socio-economic return. The Danish Growth Fund have three focus areas: funding through existing private funds, who in turn invests the capital in companies. Investments in start-ups that show significant growth potential but lacks financial support. Loans and guarantees for established small and medium sized enterprises lacking collateral or equity to be granted a bank loan. So far in 2015, 333 Danish companies have received co-financing.
